Copernicus in December

As the weather shifts from cool to cold, it is sometimes simply amazing what is possible with The Imaging Source Astronomy Cameras! Here is a very nice image from a European customer.

Please find attached an image of the crater Copernicus that I captured on the 7th Dec. 2008
I used a Celestron 9.25 XLT telescope with a DMK 21AF04.AS camera and a 2.5x TV Powermate with a red
filter.

The image was processed in AviStack, Registax and Adobe Photoshop CS3, and is a mosaic comprising of
5 images.

The seeing was really bad for most of the night, but cleared later for about half an hour of good
seeing, just enough for me to capture the set of images.

Many Thanks,

Mick Hyde
