Shot in San Diego, CA in September 2012, this three panel mosaic was photographed with a DMK 21AU618.AS camera, Celestron CPC 800 SCT, Tele Vue 2.5x Powermate and Astronomik #742 filter. Video was captured with IC Capture.AS, stacked in RegiStax, with further processing in Photoshop. The three largest features in this image are Ptolemaeus (~158km/93mi dia), Alphonsus and Arzachel.
