ASTROFEST 2010

The Italian astronomical trade show ASTROFEST 2010 will take place on 13th and 14th of November, 2010. The exhibition hall is located in Erba, roughly 50km north of Milan. Three dealers of The Imaging Source astronomy cameras will be attending.

Les Rencontres Du Ciel Et De L'Espace

Started from 1998, "les Rencontres du Ciel et de l'Espace" has become one of the most important astronomical events in France. This year one of our French dealers COSMODiff - La Clef des Etoiles will bring the cameras to the show and meet customers in person.

The French astrophotographer Jérôme Grenier is focused on capturing solar activities with his DMK 31AF03.AS camera. On September 21, 2010 he captured a number of exceptional shots, two of which are on display in the blog.

September 2010 is a month that Jupiter observers cannot miss. Many of The Imaging Source astronomy cameras users made most of this opposition and captured incredibly beautiful pictures of the giant planet. This one comes from John Earl, based in Queensland, Australia.
