Astronomy Cameras -- Now Even Better Value for Money!

The Imaging Source is delighted to announce that we have reduced the price of the 41 series (DxK 41Ax02.AS) of astronomy cameras. As of today, they cost exactly the same as the cameras with a 1/3" CCD (DxK 31Ax03.AS).

100 Online Utilities for Astrophotography

The web site "Photography Colleges" maintains a blog geared towards photographers. Last week, they published a list of 100 web sites that offer assistance to amateur astro-photographers in capturing the night sky and post processing their image data.

A Late Image of Saturn

Mike Salway has submitted yet another image of Saturn that he captured with one of the astronomy cameras, manufactured by The Imaging Source. He took the image on May 03, 2009, which should make it one of the last this season down-under.

The Most Beautiful Jupiter This Year

Lester Barnes is an amateur astronomer, based in Australia. He recently submitted this image of Jupiter, which he captured in the early hours of May 09, 2009, using a FireWire astronomy camera, manufactured by The Imaging Source (DFK 21AF04.AS).

Lunar Images from Russia
