Astrofiles.net is a very well respected French language web site, created by two enthusiastic astronomers for amateur astronomers. It offers a great deal of articles on astronomy, a discussion forum and even a link to the astronomy cameras blog, maintained by The Imaging Source.

Sebastian Voltmer's Mars Trio

The celebrated German astrophotographer Sebastian Voltmer sent us an e-mail last week, attached to which was a fantastic composite image. Using his DFK 21AU04.AS, Sebastian captured three Mars images on different dates, and arranged them together into one photo.
