Exceptionally High Resolution Photo of the Moon

We recently came across this photo, which was captured by Jean-Luc Dauvergne (Ciel et Espace) back in June 2006. It is a mosaic photo, created with multiple singular images stitched together. The result is spectacularly high resolution image of the Moon.
