With the diameter of 225 km and depth of 3.5 km, Clavius Crater is the third largest crater on the near side of the Moon. The photo below shows some details of this crater. It was taken by French amateur astronomer Serge Tedesco with a DMK 31AU03.AS astronomy camera.
